Justin Fernando - Chaplain
Brothers of the Northwest Province,
The last few months have been an absolute blast serving as your Chaplain. I have gotten to meet so many new brothers through the experience and am extremely thankful for the opportunity.
I have been in contact with a majority of those in charge of rush/pledge throughout our province, and am available to answer any questions or concerns. I have also connected with our chapter’s Sergeant at Arms advising them on risk management topics. They will have received an informative PowerPoint regarding Title IX that was shown at GCC, I encourage all chapters to review it as it is very pertinent.
Fellow Chaplains, I attended a ritual workshop run by the Grand Ritualist while at GCC. If you have any questions regarding the Initiation Ceremony or the Memorial Exercise please reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am excited to announce that the Chapters of the Northwest Province will be competing in a food drive during the month of October to support a food bank of its choice. Chapters can collect food however is preferable throughout the month; whether it’s at their local grocery store or by going door to door. Don’t forget to post plenty of pictures with the #NWPgivesback! Let’s give back to the communities that support us.
I am excited for the next few months and cannot wait to see all of you in Missoula.
As always, PTBYB
Northwest Province Chaplain
