Business Resolutions

Whereas conclave is neither an official fraternity term nor is it of Greek origin;
Be it resolved that NW Province no longer use; the term when referring to the Province Assemblies.

Whereas GCC will be hosted in Naples, Florida on August 1-5, 2017;
Be it resolved that all brothers make their best efforts to attend and Graduate chapters do what they can to support collegiate attendance.

Whereas Brothers know their chapter Brothers very well;
Be it resolved that the NW Province Executive Committee create a networking session to help Brothers meet the Brothers of other chapters at the 2018 NW Province Winter Assembly.

Whereas Delegates are import to conduct Province business;
Be it resolved that for the 2018 NW Province Winter Assembly chapter nameplates are made for the delegates and placed in the appropriate Greek alphabet order.

General Reolutions

Whereas life changes post-graduation and responsibilities change;
Be it resolved that the collegiate chapters of NW Province thank the Grad brothers (by round of applause) for their mentorship and continuing fellowship. Submitted by Epsilon Xi

Whereas it takes many long hours of planning and organization;
Be it resolved that the Northwest Province would like to thank Beta Omicron (by shouting, "Thank you, Beta Omicron!" in unison) for hosting the 2017 Province Winter Assembly.

Whereas GCDs have many duties and responsibilities;
Be it resolved that the chapters would like to thank their GCDs (by round of applause) for their dedication and commitment to the improvement and development of the collegiate chapters.

Whereas the Grand Officers are very busy;
Be is resolved that Northwest Province thanks the Grand Officers, Brother Latha Radhakrishnan, Brother Robert Mancini, and Brother Christy Askew (by round of applause) for their attendance.

Whereas acting as supervisors for the Province takes dedication to the Fraternity;

Be it resolved that NW Province would like to congratulate Utah and Palouse Grad for growing our graduate chapters.

Whereas Johnny Wong asked almost all candidates about their GCC and 2018 Province Assembly attendance;
Be it resolved that the Brothers of NW Province take the rest of the evening to each ask Johnny Wong about his plans to attend GCC and the 2108 Province Assembly in Montana.
